Film Reviews

Old Rope is a guest contributor to The Agoraphobic Reviewer, a website dedicated to reviewing films whilst foregoing the tawdry business of actually watching them. It is a match made in Hollywood heaven.

Editor John Le Baptiste states, “I hope that my reviews will create a new watermark for ignorance and presumption, and unnecessarily antagonise people to whom the improperly reviewed things are dear.”

Throughout 2010, during my Argentine Adventure, Old Rope acted as an ill-informed critic of South American cinema. Anyone seeking to learn more about Argentine movies would do well to look elsewhere. Anyone happy to read lies about Argie films that have graced my consciousness should read on. Old Rope also knocked up a series of anniversary headers for the site, a gallery of which can be found here.

I have also accidentally written about films here on Old Rope.
